Nieuwe namen voor North Sea Jazz, met o.a. Jameszoo, Joe Bonamassa, Miguel, Anthony Hamilton, Pat Metheny & Ron Carter, Thundercat, Flying Lotus, Vintage Trouble en Kamasi Washington. Eerder maakte Festivaldirecteur Jan Willem Luyken op Radio 2 de eerste namen voor North Sea Jazz bekend: onder meer Anderson. Paak, The Roots, Gregory Porter en Simply Red.
