Nederland is focusland tijdens Eurosonic. Het festival viert komend jaar zijn 25ste verjaardag, van 12 tot en met 15 januari op diverse locaties in Groningen. Je vindt alle bevestigde namen onderaan dit artikel.

12 januari: De Engelse buzz band The Vaccines moet Eurosonic aan zich voorbij laten gaan wegens ziekte. Ook Youthless en Ellen & The Escapades komen niet. Agnes Obel zegde haar show van woensdag af, maar is er als het goed is donderdag wel gewoon. Olof Arnalds vervangt Obel op woensdag. Pulled Apart By Horses schuift naar de plek van The Vaccines, op hun oude plek speelt The Crookes een tweede show. Youthless en Ellen & The Escapades worden vervangen door respectievelijk The Inspector Cluzo en I Am Oak.

7 januari: Ook Darkstar zegt af op de 5 Days Off avond in Simplon. Vervangers zijn Palmbomen (NL) en Star Slinger (GB)

6 januari: De britse band Factory Floor heeft hun optreden op Eurosonic afgezegd. De organisatie van het festival is druk op zoek naar een passende vervanger op de 5 Days Off avond in Simplon.

3 januari: Caro Emerald ia de laatste naam voor het gratis open lucht podium Eurosonic Air.
